Every change to the app, newest first. Current version: 3.3.0.
No-waste fridge, restaurant mode, hunger and mood
v3.3.0 · October 12, 2026- No-waste fridge: note your items and their use-by dates, the app flags what to finish and invents a recipe with it.
- Restaurant mode: photograph the menu, see each dish’s points and which ones fit your budget.
- Hunger and mood: under each journal meal, note your hunger and mood; the Tracking page shows when you eat without real hunger.
Points left, smart swaps, seasons and budget
v3.2.0 · October 12, 2026- Dashboard: “You have X pts left” suggests dishes that fit today’s budget, and the chef can invent one to measure.
- Smart swap: when you pick a heavy food (fries, soda, mayonnaise, pastries…), the app suggests a lighter one for the same amount.
- In season: the month’s fruit and vegetables and an “In season” filter in the book.
- Grocery prices: an estimated budget for each list, a cost per serving for each recipe and a “Small budget” filter.
Your recipes, your fridge, your menu
v3.1.0 · October 12, 2026- My recipes: create your dishes; calories and points are counted like the journal, and a serving goes into the journal in one tap.
- From my fridge: list or photograph what you have and the chef invents a balanced recipe with it.
- Import a recipe: paste its text or photograph a cookbook page, it joins your recipes with its points.
- Plan your menu for this week (and next) with the book or your own recipes; the shopping list follows.
- 28 new recipes: the book grows to 126 dishes (satay, bibimbap, souvlaki, enchiladas, oven fish and chips…).
